Melinda will be teaching grade one this year. Last year she was one of our two Kindergarten teachers so the students will be happy to see a friendly face in when they start school in September.
Melinda grew up in Escuminac, Quebec, on the Gaspe Coast. She attended Champlain Regional College obtaining a DEC in Health Sciences; and holds both a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education from the University of New Brunswick.
Melinda enjoys music and plays the bass at church; is involved with their ESL program; College & Career; Welcome Team; and tinkers around with many instruments- there are many photos of her around the Early Childhood Wing teaching the children how to play. Melinda has also been involved in missions work in St. Maarten.
She loves food, adventures, travelling, loves meeting new people, and has a great sense of humour.

Sarah Jane says “It is an absolute joy to work at FCA alongside a great staff and showing our students the love of Jesus!”
